Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Standard Shipping is FREE for orders placed in the USA. All Standard Shipping packages are sent First Class via USPS within 2 business days (unless stated otherwise). Tracking is complimentary with all shipments which means we are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages.

Expedited Shipping is offered at an additional charge:

- 2 Day Shipping: $20.00

- Overnight Shipping: $30.00

We also ship International Orders at a flat rate of $40.00

RETURN POLICY:

Store Credit: WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS. Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly one year of the issue date, so be sure you use it!

All RETURNED ITEMS must be back to our store within 14 business days upon receiving the order. Anything received to our store after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to call and pay for the shipping back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 business days, it will be donated to charity. All promotional/flash sale items may be return for store credit only! We do not issue refunds. we do not cover any shipping costs, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back. We have a huge selection of product and it moves very quickly!

Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable.

  • Clearance Items
  • Final Sale Items such as, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, Leggings/yoga pants, hair accessories/hats/beanies, swimwear, undergarments, socks, and Eyewear. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items.
  • Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted!

Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed and for the store credit to be applied to your customer account. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed by our returns department once your store credit is issued to that customer account!

Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 business days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. Please DO NOT just send it back. Email Chaun@Haute-Dimensions.com with pictures and a description of the damage, also be sure to include a picture of your invoice.

Steps to Return Items:

  • Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
  • Make sure to create a customer account
  • Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs.) We do also recommend getting a tracking number!
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
